Shipping Policy
Where we ship: We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time: Orders are dispatched from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time: 2–4 business days by courier to main centres. Outlying and rural areas may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Shipping cost: A flat courier rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Fragrance handling: Our eau de parfum contain alcohol and are shipped by road courier only, packed to protect the bottle in transit.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
