Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time: Delivery within South Africa takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, via trusted local courier.
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders within South Africa.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delivery areas: We currently deliver throughout South Africa. Remote or outlying areas may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
