Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Vyrio purchase. Because fragrances are personal-care products, our returns policy is as follows.
Unopened items — 7-day cooling-off
Sealed, unopened bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Return courier cost is for the customer's account on change-of-mind returns.
Opened or used items
For hygiene reasons, opened, tested or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return courier. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
