30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging where possible.
How to return
- Email support@shopvyrio.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is in line with your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty items, we cover it.
