Yes. Every bottle is authentic Lattafa, factory-sealed and boxed.
Do the fragrances contain alcohol?
Yes. These are standard alcohol-based eau de parfum (EDP) sprays.
How long do they last?
Lattafa EDPs are known for strong projection and longevity. Performance varies with skin type, application and weather, so we describe each scent honestly on its product page.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days and delivered by courier in 2–4 business days to main centres. Outlying areas may take a little longer.
How much is shipping?
A flat courier rate is shown at checkout. We deliver within South Africa only.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Payments
How can I pay?
Secure card and instant EFT payments through our payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
Can I return a fragrance?
Sealed, unopened bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
